Getting Started
The first step to register your child for Head Start services is to complete an application. You may pick up an application at Highland County Community Action Organization in Hillsboro or at one of our three centers. We will also need copies of the following:
- child’s shot record
- birth certificate
- SS# for everyone in the household
- proof of income
- insurance
