Winter Crisis Program – HEAP
The emergency HEAP Winter Crisis Program assists households that have a total gross income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Financial Capability
Monthly on-site workshop offered to provide resources, tools, and support to individuals and families seeking to gain financial control of their lives.
Summer Crisis Program
The Summer Crisis Program generally runs from July 1 through August 31. In 2016, the program was able to provide up $175.00 in electric assistance for qualified households.
Highland Appalachian Transportation System - HATS
Highland Appalachian Transportation System (HATS) assists Highland County residents age 60 or older to and from medical appointments.
Food Pantry
The food pantry provides 3 meals per household member for a 3 day supply of food.
