SSI Case Management
Case management services provided to TANF recipients referred by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Services provided include coaching and guidance in recognizing barriers to self-sufficiency, linkage to supports and services to bridge gaps in needs, guidance through the application and appeal process involved in obtaining Supplemental Security Income, and advocacy when necessary.
