Become a Senior Companion Volunteer
Anyone 60 or over should apply. You will be providing companionship to seniors in their homes, and helping them with daily tasks, shopping, and medical appointments. You will receive a modest stipend if you are income eligible. This stipend is nontaxable and will not affect any of your current benefits. Mileage and transportation costs are reimbursed. Training is provided.
