Housing Improvement – CHIP

Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) provides housing repair and rehabilitation services to eligible residents within targeted areas in the county. Housing repair and rehabilitation services could include items such as: roofing, electrical, plumbing, sanitary systems, water hook-ups, and any other health and safety items.
All applicants must be homeowners residing in Highland County, but excluding the cities of Hillsboro and Greenfield. Household incomes must be at or below 80% of HUD’s Section 8 Median Income Guidelines.
