Head Start Centers
Highland County Community Action Organization operates three centers in the county as a part of our Head Start program. Currently, there are 207 children enrolled in the Head Start Program. While enrollment is currently full, we are always accepting new applications in case a vacancy occurs. The center managers at these sites are Melanie Hawk, Debby Shuler, and Jeanette Rhoads.
